She reminds us that from the moment when a new-born draws in their first breath of air, they are a living human being. A person’s final breath of air is the ultimate act of their life, and these acts are not symbolic; it is the transcendent experience of life.
The word spirit comes from the Latin spiritus, which means “breath.”
Recognized as one of the worlds great visionary artists, Pablo Amaringo was renowned for his intricate, colorful paintings inspired by his shamanic visions. A master communicator of the ayahuasca experience--where snakes, jaguars, subterranean beings, celestial palaces, aliens, and spacecraft all converge--Amaringos art presents a doorway to the transcendent worlds of ayahuasca intended for contemplation, meditation, and inspiration.
