Artist's Description

Here stands Shungo Nina, and he is the spirit of the mysteries of the element of Fire.

Shungo means “heart” and Nina means “fire” in the Quechua language. Shungo Nina’s aurora of flames and golden sceptre proclaim his authority of the element of Fire in this world.

The radiant symbol of the sun, which represents the ultimate source of fire, surmounts his sceptre.
